Melanie has been drawing and writing since she could hold a pencil. As a child, she created short graphic novels, greeting cards, and silly drawings for her friends and family.

As an artist today she is interested in understanding the human form to the best of her ability. She is committed to continuing her education by taking courses and being active in the Proko community as a community critiquer. She helps her sister-in-law, Katina, with her wedding business and provides bespoke live wedding artist experiences.

Every day she endeavors to make little Melanie proud of the artist she's become.
